TGas is an LPG distribution company managing gas cylinder sales and deliveries. As it grew, a cohesive digital ecosystem was needed for customers and teams.

The product suite was designed with clarity and utility as first principles. A consistent visual language ties together the customer app, driver app, and CRM dashboard, ensuring familiarity across roles. Clean layouts, clear hierarchy, and functional colour usage help users understand status, actions, and priorities at a glance.

The design avoids unnecessary ornamentation in favour of trust and legibility. Rounded components, approachable typography, and restrained motion create an experience that feels dependable and easy to use. Visual cues such as status indicators, alerts, and confirmations are used deliberately to reduce ambiguity in time-sensitive workflows like deliveries and order tracking.

The introduction of a unified customer app, driver app, and CRM dashboard significantly streamlined TGas’ operations. Customers experienced faster, clearer interactions, drivers benefited from reduced ambiguity in daily workflows, and internal teams gained real-time visibility into orders and issues. Together, the system transformed TGas’ digital infrastructure from a set of fragmented tools into a cohesive operational backbone.
